A hand held vise, a very well made hand tool, the vise jaws are made of Hardened Tool steel for superior durability. The Jaws are specifically designed with wire holding cross sections, hand vise is a handy tool used for holding various parts and pieces. Vise is especially suited for working with wire, having a hollow handle, this feature of the tool is designed to hold long Wires, Rods, Tubes Strips of Metal pieces not possible with regular hand vises. Material can be inserted thru the center hole of the handle. Simply rotate the hardwood handle to tighten and reverse rotation to loosen jaws. The jaws of the hand vise have grooved to provide a firm grip on the wire making it ideal for twisting wire and for pulling fine wire through drawplates. Jaws open and close by turning the knurled handle. The design of the hollow handle allows for the holding of long wires and rods through the handle itself.
