We are king of amateur jewelry collectors. We like finding deals in jewelry from pawn stores, estate sales, etc where we can purchase at a good price and resale the pieces for a profit. This is a well built, sturdy loop that folds into an all metal case (of sorts). Protects the loop well. The loghted loop also does a great job helping you see the clarity of the stones, etc.

I have not owned this magnifying glass for very long so I don't have a lot of experience to base my review on however it seems to be well made all metal the light is powerful and well focused the lens appears to be good quality so far what I've looked at I was happy with the image I got and I would certainly recommend this
