I would give it a 3.5. I think for the cost it matches the quality. The quality is not great but it gets small jobs done. The pieces are quite thin and easily break if manipulated too many times. Wouldn't purchase it again but I think it was a fair product.
Very nicely made variety of headpins. I usually make my own but time being a bit tight this year has me seeking time savings for my projects. Pleased with the consistency of the 3 headpin styles.
Very functional and attractive.
