The rings are a flat, very tight spring wire that fits through smaller holes in my QD keychain connectors. This is a huge feature for me due to most larger rings have soft springs the let keys, etc get started coming off or they are so oversize the won't fit through some smaller holes.
Very happ with my purchase.
They appear strong and sturdy. Enough spring to stay closed. Time and wear will show how they keep their finish. Using one for all my dog's tags on his collar which will be a good test for the finish. They are close in size from one size to another but its not an issue. Worth the purchase to recommend them.
As advertised, rings are solid not difficult to put keys on fast shipping. No complaints! Got these to replace rickety ones on my keychain worked great now finding have to worry about keys falling off.

Seen one, seen them all? Nope. These split-ring keychain rings are only slightly rounded, highly polished chrome "flat" split-rings which will not snag on those loose threads in your pocket.
