I use these to pair with pendants I make. I ordered these and a different set from another vendor because I also wanted 20". These were a far and away winner. The rope/twisted texture has a lovely shine and adds a layer of elegance above a plain satin cord. The closures are small enough that I can thread the end through a 6mm jump ring, rather than having to attach it by opening the ring. (This is good or bad, because it means the pendant could fall off when the necklace is open too, but it's a snug fit and I think it's ok. The ease of work is far greater than the limited risk the pendant will fall off.) I would like to find these in 20" as well, but I will continue to work with these alone if I can't find them. I do everything in silvertone so the color is perfect for me too.
