The black leather handles on my Juicy Couture nylon tote bag were badly worn and looked terrible. The leather straps were peeling, jagged strips were hanging off of it and I dumped the bag in my closet because I was embarrassed by how it looked. The bag itself was in great condition and it seemed such a waste to donate it to Goodwill just because of the straps.
Thankfully I saw this product and I paid less than $20 for a pair of replacement black straps. It matched the bag perfectly! It's not made of soft leather like the original straps but it feels sturdy. I took a pair of scissors, cut the old straps off and clipped these new ones on. The gold rings matched perfectly. Now the bag looks great. For the price and convenience it can't be beat (I didn't even have to go to a handbag repair shop!). Very happy.
Bought these to replace my Miche Prima purse straps that have begun to peel and look terrible. These Wento straps fit perfectly, and look like they were made for the Miche bags. The price was great and I would recommend them to anyone with the Miche purse system as a viable option and great cost saver for replacement straps.
This strap worked perfectly for my purse. My purse is an expensive brand but the quality of the strap was really inferior. After replacing the old strap with this Wento strap, I now have a brand new purse. The quality seems good but if it breaks down before I am ready to retire the purse, I always have the second strap to use. Can't loose on this one. I am very happy with my purchase.
So far they have worked out great they look good and match my bag perfectly! I have a big heavy bag and they don't show any signs of breakage!
I love the clip on function of the purse straps. It helps when replacing straps and you don't have to cut/sew the existing purse. Great length, was perfect for a bowling styled bag. It smells like leather, although it's vinyl. Seems strong enough to hold my heavy bag. I was very happy to recieve this!
