The resin remains tacky for a long time as other reviewers have said, but eventually it hardened most of the way for me. I had to give it a *lot* of exposure to the UV light.
I wanted to use the UV resin as a stand-alone resin for making custom elements for board games and hair pieces, but the quality isn't high enough for that. The pieces came out well enough that I plan to use them as embeds in my epoxy resin pieces, so long as there isn't a chemical reaction.
The light is cheap, but it works. The switch has broken a few times and I have had to take the light apart to repair it. It is an easy fix for anyone posessing common technical sense.
The bezels are great, as is the tape and glitter. They are what you expect to receive. The silicone cups and tools are by far my favorite part from this package and I will be buying more silicone tools soon.
My package arrived damaged and the seller promptly sent a replacement. The seller is great, the product is mediocre.
I wanted to try out UV resin to see if it would work for me better than epoxy resin. This was a good starter kit, but I am sure that there is much better resin out there.
I am sticking with epoxy resin for now.
Hey there, loved all of these resins including the all colors. Mine spilled all over the box and I will get Replacements. Their very easy to use. You have to mix a little of the clean resin in with what ever color you are going to use because the color resin is very thick. Dry super fast when you mix in a little of clear resin..

The overall quality of the kit is acceptable and wonderful for the cost, but the reason people in the reviews have had such a terrible time is the god awful lamp they provide you with. It's trash. It'll leave your resin sticky and miserable no matter how many times you put it back in.
Order yourself at least a 36W UV lamp. I bought one, and that actually cured the resin.
Overall, buy a better lamp with this kit. It's fine once you do that.
Lots of product for the price, and resin cures completely in under 2 minutes from the lamp. I bought this specifically for the colored resin, and im happy with purchase.

Question: I have used this product 3 times and few "dimples" are already starting to tear away from the base.
Answer: The mold may be stored quite a while and has been pressed down, and shapes changed. Please place it under the sun or place in oven or place in a high temperature. The shape then will be restored.
Question: Please let me know the temperature of the mold can suffer.
Answer: In general practice, can suffer within the temperature between -40~220 centigrade, in some case can suffer 260 centigrade. Please note silicone mold, which can suffer temperature higher than 260 centigrade (500 degrees fahrenheit) or temperature lower than -40 centigrade (-40 degrees fahrenheit), may be additive, is not 100% pure silicone.
Question: Why the mold soft a bit?
Answer: For flexible reason, we design the mold a bit soft, so you may easily un-mold. If you need a more sturdy support when transfer or move, you can put it on a tray or another mold.
I liked the product, it's an easy starter kit to get familiar with this sort of product, though it does take a long time to dry. My only problem was with the packaging, I received the product really smashed on one side and one of the bottles broke out, luckely it was the only thing broken.
The only issue with this kit is that it could use a better color selection. Half of the colors were various shades of the same thing.
