The last time I bought a laser engraved I paid $13,000. I know a bit about them. This one is so CUTE and simple to use. I love it for crafty stuff. However I am wondering if there is a software update, because I have run into an error message. I'm looking for a way to contact customer service.
P.S. I found a work-around the error message. I still like the machine. It amazes me!
I was impressed with this little machine and what you receive with it.
I was able to engrave on wood, dark plastic, and cardboard very nicely. You have to practice with different settings for different materials.
The software is very basic and sometimes that is best. No need to install the software as it's a simple executable file.
If you just want to play and have fun with a machine to try out laser engraving then I don't think you can go wrong.
This is an initial laser engraver for me, just wanted to see if I wanted to dabble in this. I love it! The software is pretty easy to figure out. It is easy to set up, easy to use and does a great job. I suggest it as a starter engraver.
I had received my engraver without software, instructions or power supply. I had originally left a negative review. I must say customer service is exceptional. I received a free engraver and have been using it. It is a great little engraver. Very excited. I have a small wood shop and I see all kinds of applications for this machine. I highly recommend this engraver.
Easy to use, easy to set up, well worth the money. Took me about 20 minutes total to download driver and software and installed them. About 10 minutes to figure out how to use the software. Very easy and straightforward, not sure why some people said they couldn't get it to work. This is a fun tool to have.

How to Start the device to work?
1. First Copy all files in USB DISK and save to your PC. This is important to use the machine later.
2. There are three file folders in USB DISK: MAC, WIN, Picture. Select to click "MAC" or "WIN" according to your PC operating system.
3. For the MAC system, Pls open file folder of "CH341SER_MAC", Double Click File of "CH34x_Install_V1.4.pkg" to install the driver. And For WIN system, Pls double click file of "driver."
4. Link Power Cable Line to the power outlet and USB Data Line to PC.
5. Open the file of Software in Folder of MAC or WIN to start work.
Pls note:
Don't Touch the Device and Engraving Material to any movement, Keep their Still when working.
VERY IMPORTANT: Pls Read carefully for Instruction, Work Video and FAQ Document in USB STICK before using the machine.
This is a very good machine for the money. It really is DIY though. The engraver works great for leather and wood. I haven’t tried on anything else. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the support. Recommend！
It is cool !!! I did the setup through my computer and already started using it. The installation was easy. Just follow the instruction. OverallI is happy I send the money on the item. Will recommends it.

I purchased this item two weeks ago. It worked well. The power supply failed. I contacted the seller.. Newpower supply is on the way.
