I've been using this machine for 3 months now, running about 6-8 hours daily. It shows no signs of stopping or slowing down. I have greased the rails once in that time span. I've just paid for the machine with the added production that it has allowed me and the residual sales of those products is only just beginning and growing so it's definitely been a wise investment so far.
The machine arrived by motor freight (18-wheeler) in a wooden crate. Assuming the truck line didn't shove it off of the back of the truck, it wasn't going to get damaged as packaged. It was 100% set up and ready to work out of the crate as far as the laser and mirror alignment. No confusing calibration necessary. I watched a few YouTube videos on the components (air pump, water pump, etc.) and laser operation. There are some really good videos and tutorials out there so do your research and you'll be happy.
The only problem I have had was getting the machine to read my thumb drive. Kept getting "no file found" messages. Hours of searching online and I couldn't find a solution. Just dumb luck solved the problem. If you run into this issue, make sure that your thumb drive is plugged into the machine BEFORE you power it on. Otherwise, it won't read it. Problem solved!
Overall, I am very pleased at this point. I have no idea what to expect as far as how long the laser tubes last before needing to be recharged. I've seen all kinds of conflicting information online. Only time will tell. I honestly can't think of any cons to report at this time. If things continue at the current rate, I'll be buying one or two more of these machines to keep up.
This laser engraver will have to be the best bank for the buck. Same price as my 40 watt Chinese co2 laser engraver that I purchased years ago, but outperform it by like 300% in everyway. I was able to uncrate the machine and ran it right away with no adjustment what so ever. Very powerful compare to what I was used to from the old 40w. This engraver should be able to do everything that my business requires. Overall this is a great buy, I don't think any other machine in this price range would compare to it. It was a easy set up. Mine did not come with any handles except for the lid. The software they give you is not the best but still does work. They shipped it fast and was at my house a few days before amazon said it would be. For this being a Chinese laser, I am impressed.
So far this laser has been great! Easy set up and fast shipping. Tested it on wood so far and it’s done well. Pretty quiet too.
The Laser itself is great. But support is lacking, language problem.

So far this has been a great machine for the money! My only gripe is I wish the CAD software that comes with it was a little more fleshed out. Still, overall, very satisfied with this machine!
This indeed comes with almost everything you may need to make a piece of your own artwork. The rotary axis allows me to engrave a cup in the same diameter. Wonderful.
