Great crucible, incredible price. exactly what I wanted. They're the perfect size for melting pop cans and all the chunks of copper and brass . Fits one can at a time perfectly. very durable. Have done about 6 melting’s with it so far, and it is still in like new. “”Definitely would buy another one if need it”” .
These graphite’s are great quality . wear gloves when you handle these since your hand can be grey stained .
but in the several pouring’s I've done so far it's worked perfectly.
came fast and with clear instructions on box for seasoning BEFORE use. Graphite is meant to be used slow and steady, albeit, it doesn't take long to heat up. You MUST season crucible/heat treat it FIRST BEFORE YOU USE IT. if you do that, AND treat it with CARE AND RESPECT i.e GENTLY at all times, this will serve you VERY well. ive used mine on Several burns so far including a few Bronze/Copper pours AND its still going strong
I usually don't leave review but am very excited about this crucible so I felt I have to review this product. This Crucible is awesome!!!! I have been melting for years Aluminum & brass. I tried a lot of different crucibles I could say this for sure is an excellent high quality product it holds up extremely well the heat. I love it
I use this to melt beer cans in the camp fire. Entertaining, keeps the camp site clean, and makes a wonderful aluminum ingot for recycling.
Works extremely well it is very doable I've only been using it to melt brass , copper and aluminum

Nice and thick crucible. Seems to be pretty durable so far. Melted aluminum in it a couple times now and haven't seen any cracks or defects show up yet even though I've been using charcoal to heat it.
Great quality for the price. Exactly as pictured. I have purchased 3 of these crucibles, this being my third. The other two have plenty of life left. Plan on purchasing more. My only complaint is that if you touch them with bare hands during use the tend to burn and leave a small blister usually only while full of molten copper. So always make sure to wear latex gloves for maximum protection.
Unbeatable value for a high quality product. I've reused dozens of times for melting aluminum without any sign of degradation.
I've seen a couple other people mention it and same thing with the lack of spout but still a great crucible.
