These rings are exactly what I was looking for. I make jewelry and use charms constantly and I like these because there’s almost no chance of the charm falling off. The only drawback is that they seem slightly thin and flimsy. Sometimes I would twist the charm around with my pliers and it would distort the ring. This doesn’t happen very often though and i would definitely buy these again.
I broke the ring on a favored pendant and thought I would have to relegate it to a junk drawer or make a costly trip to a jeweler for repair. I took a chance on these rings and they were just what I needed. I was able to match the color of the piece so that it didn't look cheap or like a home repair. I couldn't figure out how to use the device that is supposed to help open the rings (no instructions included), but one of my precision screwdrivers (like you use to repair eyeglasses) worked like a charm. I'm so happy to have my necklace back. My next project will be to attach my mother's baby ring to my charm bracelet. I'm sure I will discover many other uses for this handy kit.
These are perfect for making jewelry and the variety of colors are great! The container is secure and easy to open and close. I purchased the 6mm split rings.

These split jump rings are great! I love having the different colors. No matter what charms I want to add to my purses and pouches, I can match them! YAY! It is amazing how the 'little things' in life can make such a big impact!
I use these often, and find most of the metal types are durable, and they don't get sprung-out too easily. The only difference I have found is the spacing between the two openings is further apart than my old stock of split rings. This makes it a little more vulnerable to snagging clothes. Would be nice if they could close up that spacing a little more.
