As the title states this is NOT leather. That bring said many reviewers stated that it was leather so I was expecting it to be at least a high quality fake leather. It certainly is not and feels like plastic. It is on all other counts just what I was looking for and will gladly pay a lot more for a high quality leather strap that is worthy of my Marc Jacob's camera bag for those occasions that a crossbody strap is just not suitable. Still give this 4 stars because the description is accurate and the price was appropriate.
I ordered this to replace the satchel handle on my nylon Kate Spade cross body hybrid purse.

The only difference for me is that this strap is wider, which is actually a perk because it's more comfortable.
The strap clasps are slightly different than the original, but not very noticeable.
It is perfect. It feels better on my shoulder than the worn strap I was using. I have what I consider the perfect Fossil purse that wasn't cheap. Well the strap didn't fray but over time the thinness of the strap started to weigh on my shoulder. Well this wide strap is perfect in that it doesn't do that. It also is the best length for me. My only disappointment is that my purse is burgundy and the strap is black. I will have to live with the contrast & different color strap.
When the strap on my awesome Khors purse broke I was disheartened because I'm purse picky. Then I realized the strap could be replaced. I quickly went on Amazon, found one that had good reviews, measured and ordered. I LOVE IT. It's longer than my old strap and slightly thicker but that adds to the comfort of the whole thing. The clips gold was slight but matches the gold enough on the purse to match without noticing a shade difference. The clips also seems sturdier than the ones that came with the MK purse. I'm happy. Value to price is a win.
I like it but I expected to be longer and wish it was adjustable as well but overall pretty good

Made of quality leather. I purchased this product because the straps were wide. They are now being used on a large, black business bag which I carry papers and my lunch in. It is very comfortable over the shoulder and stays on. Highly recommend this product.
