Everything which is in the description and image is there. There are two sheets of the foam for each color, both are the same except one is "taller". These things can fill from the most major, to minor size issues. They come in probably every size a ring has been made for, so you'll find what you need.

Comes in gray (stone gray, it seems), white, black, and fleshtone, for me at least. The fleshtone resembles, if not, is color #FFCD94 (Google it).
