Says made ingermany must be a small town outside of Shanghai because the box says China , But it is a nice loupe!
Works great--I like the size--very easy to carry. I wish the case was a little more rugged but for the price --this a a very good deal
It works fine, though a very sensitive focal range common with higher magnification. The box says it's made in China, though its stamped Made In Germany. Likely just China being willing to fudge the country of origin to make the optics seem more credible...
Compact, generously-sized but small magnifier. Beautifully clear. The only downside is that it cannot be carried on a keychain.

For the price, this is a pretty good magnifier.
I bought it to check the tips of my plants for bugs. It works perfectly. for The price I paid, I was expecting something real cheap but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s well built and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a small glass to check for splinters, coin/stamp collecting, gardening, houseplants or just reading small print.
The box it came in says “Made in China” but the loupe itself says “MADE INGERMANY” (spelled just like that) . Hey, it can be made in Zimbabwe for all I care. It’s low priced, it’s quality, and it works : )
