These are not perfect, but deliver as promised. I love how easily you can clip them on BOTH ends of your chain. I simply used my wire cutters to adjust any excessive length on the chain. As far as strength, the magnets are about as strong as you would imagine. It held my Paparazzi necklace all day today, but when I wore the magnet clips on my bracelet (with my wrist banging against tables, reaching in my purse, etc.), it came apart several times. So, I simply added an extra magnet on each end and it's much stronger and works great! I'm buying more! My only complaint is the price.
This choice is THE BEST because there are clasps on both ends making them easy to attach to the necklace. Others have only one clasped end leaving me to have to work with jump rings, 2 pairs of jewelry pliers, and a lighted magnifying glass.
They work perfect. Love the silver. Wish the gold wasn’t quite so bright and was more toned down. Was a great price so no complaints. Excellent idea for anyone with long fingernails and arthritis no issues with magnet coming loose.
I appreciate the concept of magnetic catches. I ordered the 6mm size with is fine for light-weight necklaces; however these magnets tend to separate with more substantial pieces.
I love these magnetic clasps! I have them on 10 different necklaces and plan to order more. They hold tightly and have not tarnished at all. It’s so nice not to have to fumble with a tiny opener!

I used these to hang crystal garlands on a chandelier. I needed a stronger magnet to hold the weight of real crystal and these work great. I just took the hooks off of both ends as I didn't need them.
Very good for necklaces as long as you get a good knot on each side. Pretty strong magnets but I do pull it apart when I'm fidgety. Quick to take off and put on.
They work great for people that have trouble working the small claps, but the magnets are pretty weak in these
