Yes the container is not huge like other ppl expected but it is a lot of water beads!! One teaspoon on them dry makes like 4 cups once submerged in water for a few hours. So in reality it is a huge quantity even if the container is small. I’m sure this will last my kids months!! And great quality!
I’ve got to say I was a little nervous when soaking these because they had a funky shape but once he 6 hours was up they are normal marble sized beads & my 2 year old LOVES them!
We’ve tried orbeez but compared to this and it’s price they are bigger and better!
I was a little worried when I first got these. I posted a bunch of pics so you can see the size of the container, and how many such a tiny amount make-I bet you could probably fill a bathtub plus with this tiny jar!
I also included pics of some projects I made-sensory bottles & rainbow bottle for my baby’s rainbow birthday party. (The jars are smaller than traditional mason jars, the beads get about as big as standard marbles, or slightly bigger). It’s definitely easier to separate colors when they’ve been wet for a few minutes so you can grab them and see color differences by then.
Hours of fun. These got way bigger than I expected. And are nicer than other brands I’ve seen since, but had had no experience with prior to these. They grow way faster than the instructions suggest. And this container could last a long time if you use beads for more than one use.
Product was well packaged and arrived in very good condition. I followed the directions of 1teaspoon to 5 cups of water (I made it in a 2qt drink pitcher so I could pour out excess water easily after 6 hours). This was the result-nice colors, balls were a good size and sturdy. I’m using these with a high school youth group in a sensory station and I am confident they will work perfectly.

We love these little beads. Non-stop entertainment and it's a week after Christmas and only 1/4 of the bottle is used but there are "erbies" as my granddaughter calls them ALL OVER THE HOUSE growing in bowls!!!! They've had baths and given my very tactile granddaughter hours of touchy feely fun. Next summer I'm going to put a WHOLE BOTTLE in a wading pool and see what happens!!!!
Love! I am a teacher and I bought these for a student with autism. She absolutely LOVED them! My 3 year old son also LOVED them too. You only need a table spoon for each shoe sized container so this will last a long time!
My 12 yr old son showed me he wants this product. I wasn’t sure what it was first, but he has been having a great time with it. He watched the tiny BB gun like little tiny plasticky ball (first I thought....) then watch them get expanded then touch them he bounced it, and use like magnifying glass, use for plant that he is growing, he is just having fun over the weekend. The container is the size of a woman’s medium sized hand. I’ve used mine at least 6 times with generous amounts and I still have a lot left. It leaves a sticky residue on the hand after the first day. And if your trash gets knocked over by any animals I recommend double bagging these because they were in my front yard for about a week before they cleared up. It was interesting to see how big they can actually get if left in the rain!
Bought these as a birthday gift for my grandson, who will be 2 y.o. in February. He fell in love with these beads in his play group and I'm excited to be able to bring them home for him. He's endlessly fascinated with these; I see hours of play ahead.
