The first tumbler arrived in less than new condition. The transformer inside had broken loose and destroyed the unit. I’m very happy with the quick response of their support at shipping out a new unit. The new one works very well. It is maybe too fast on the higher settings for my jewelry. The tumbler reverses directions and I’m getting a great polish on the second of five settings. The timer works well too. I only downgraded from 5 stars because I think their quality control should never have passed the first unit out the door in the first place.
I just purchased it a couple days ago. So far I love this product more than any tumbler I have purchased in the past. I had a question regarding instructions and the seller responded right away. I’m definitely buying and second one for my work room in New York.

I am a student, and at school, they had a different size of this same tumbler so I felt pretty safe. It comes with non stainless steel tumbling media. Please just throw them away and buy two pounds of the stainless to go with this. With just a few drops of Palmolive dish soap, it works perfectly. The non-stainless will rust. Rust never sleeps. It does just what you want a tumbler to do to your jewelry. I work in sterling, and it is amazing.
There originally was a defect with my item sent to me. I contacted the seller & they went way above and beyond to fix the issue & make it right. I've shopped on Amazon & also eBay regularly since Amazon started & have never never dealt with a seller like this. If only they could all be like this! The tumbler itself is awesome for the price! It has an auto reverse feature if you wanna use it that reverses direction every 20 seconds. It has speeds that would spin faster than most people would even consider trying, seriously. There are several reviews on YouTube that I highly recommend watching if you're considering buying a tumbler. Just search Orange A tumbler on YouTube. I would still buy this if it was as expensive as the higher end jewelry tumblers...
What a difference. This is perfect for shining and cleaning my hand-made jewelry pieces. It has multiple speed settings, as well as a timer. I love that about every minute it switches the direction it’s tumbling plus I can see my pieces as they tumble. What a difference it makes after using my old rock tumbler from Harbor Freight. Great choice.
