I like the ring sizer - but, as other reviewers have mentioned, the full set was not in the box. I got two each of size 5 and size -5, but no size 6 or -6.

The measures are accurate but please take into account of the fact that this chain of rings are very slim. A size 9 from this chain of rings fits me perfectly but when I resized my real ring to a 9, it becomes extremely tight. So my humble suggestion is to add one or 1.5 size up from what you find the perfect size on this set of tools.

The sizer is very accurate as well as the ring themselves. I bought a wedding band from a seemingly nice European brand, costing me a couple of thousand bucks. However, after a few days wearing, the ring seems to be too large. The brand, sadly or arrogantly, only offers free resizing once and offers no replacement because each ring has a unique serial number engraved so I have to make sure I get the correct measurement this time.
Then I found this set. The sizer stick's measurement of my current ring is very accurate. Because my current ring (I believe most rings we actually wear) is wider than the sample rings attached to the chain, it is the middle of my current ring that sits right on the tick, either in US or European units. However, if I put sample ring on the stick, it is either the bottom or the top of the sample ring that sits on the tick. My current ring is 10 and I measured sample rings 9.5, 9, 8.5 and 8.
For those who buy this set to know their finger measurement to buy rings, please kindly take this subtle difference into account, i.e., the sample rings seem to be minus or plus 0.5mm than those branded rings you'll actually get if the center line is what all branded rings use to measure their sizes.

Just perfect! After debating this purchase on and off for years, I decided on this one based on the reviews and I'm totally satisfied.
The mandrel is heavy metal, the measurement lines are perfectly affixed to it (reviews on other products said this was a problem on some) and most importantly the rings perfectly matches the mandrel sizes.
These are very useful, well priced tools. I have a beat-up steel one that I use for making rings, and I just wanted one to check ring sizes on to make sure I had the correct sizes and things. I didn't want to pay a fortune and this fit the bill perfectly. The bonus metal finger rings were great. The plastic ones you can get distort and stretch a little so these were perfect. Great price for great tools. I have used these many times and am pleased. I recently acquired some jewelry and will be selling some of it so I needed to determine the sizes. This was very helpful. I also wanted to purchase a ring for someone as a surprise so I was able to find that out by showing them my new "toy" and getting that measurement.

I needed this because I'm selling off a pile of jewelry on eBay/Etsy and needed to figure out the sizes of various rings. This will fit the bill perfectly! The sizes are easy to read and I really loved the extra size rings for when I may be purchasing something!

I love this set. I measured my wedding finger with the rings and placed it on the mandrel and it matched perfectly. I dropped from a size ten to eight. Now I can surprise my wife with gifts and know they will fit.
The two items are made of metal and are of a good quality for its purpose. Taking ring measurements for the family is much easier now, no more measuring with paper or sting. A much needed item to have when you like jewelry!
I really liked these both together because I can figure out what size I wear on my rings and I can also stretch out any rings that I have that maybe too small And make rings that are too big the right size for my finger I highly recommend this
