I was a little hesitant to buy these because based on the price, I expected them to be cheaply made. I was so taken by the quality when I received them that I ordered a second set! I installed a split ring (small sturdy key ring) in the lanyard hole because it is quite small and would not accept a clip. I will be using them primarily for field identification of plants, so wanted a way to secure the magnifier from loss. These would serve equally well for other crafts/hobbies where magnification is helpful.
I use a 10x at work, down side is plastic and scratched up often, and often also damaged. This one is glass so hard to scratch up and small so keep it in my pocket at work, easy to find and not heavy or awkward. Give nice magnification and easy carry..what else could you want..oh and a 3 pack..5 would be nice but hey.
This product is great to assess gemstones and diamonds on a day to day basis.
