I bought this product specifically because I wanted the clear plastic ring insert that goes inside the ring. My ring has a very thin band and is only 1/4-1/2 a size too big so I was concerned the insert wouldn’t. The insert fits perfectly though! It is comfortable, discreet, and stops my ring from spinning around my finger!
The even more amazing part was when my boyfriend used one of the inserts. He bought a wooden ring that is actually 2 full sizes too large. I gave him an insert and it actually held his ring in place too!
UPDATE: after a few uses the clear plastic insert fell out one time and I have since lost it. I now use the plastic coils which work very well.
