I hate how my studs hang awkwardly and my husband keeps getting them for me as gifts lol
These were a game changer. I only ordered a couple pairs at first but immediately ordered more after I tried them. Not as big as I expected but did exactly what they said they’d do, and for a fair price.
You can see in my photo the different. The one with the old back sits crooked, and this is kind of hard to tell in the photo, but the other is straight on.

Many years ago, I bought some large stainless steel earring backs to stabilize heavy earrings so they wouldn't cause the holes in my ear lobes to enlarge snd drag the lobes downward. I still have a few of them. Can't find them any more and didn't like most backing available until I found these. They are wonderful; and they are Sterling silver , which is better for your ear lobes.

These work great for my 6mm amethyst studs that I received for Christmas. They work best with a thicker post, which my earrings have. Without this backing, the earrings would be falling forward, and these are much better than the stabilizing backings with the plastic disc, which were actually somewhat small for the post size of the earrings. Glad I purchased these.
