These are not the PL513 as stated in the main title. These are the PL512 and the title needs to be changed. I was looking for the flat nose in this series and got a pair of the Chain Nose (PL512) shipped by mistake. There is clearly a picture of each set of pliers on back of the packaging so I am not sure how this can get mistaken. I like them tho and having 2 pair is ok, I just want others to know if you are looking for the Round Nose PL513 (Not the Chain Nose PL512) Then these are not the ones you are looking for. Again these are the Chain Nose PL512 not the Round Nose PL513.
I've used Beadsmith products for jewelry and craft making and they always work perfectly. They are great quality and last a long time. This is my 4th pair because I always end up giving them away to my fellow crafty friends who try mine and inevitably say that they work so much better than the ones they are using (which they usually spent more on).
I bought these to bend .03 diameter stainless steel wire for making fishing lures. Still looking for the right tool or will need to buy smaller gauge wire. Not faulting pliers but did not know how hard it was to bend this steel wire. I expect these would be excellent for intended purpose.
These are perfect! They seem sturdy and well-made and comfortable in the hand I can't wait to use them. I am new to beading, so I will update this review Once I have used these for a while.
I ment to buy the flat nose pliers but fudged up, these however are a nice addition to my collection. They have a very good build quality and the materials seem very durable. My friend told me they were uncomfortable and could not imagine using them for more then 10-15min at a time but i have used them for hours without a problem. that should be the only deciding factor here.

I had misplaced my round nose pliers and replaced them with these. They are smaller but I find I like the size just as well if not better. And of course, I found my others after I got these. So now I have two choices when I'm making jewelry.
These little pliers are great for repairing chains. I needed them to repair rosaries. You may want a better pair if you are using them for more than just an occasional fix it, but these are inexpensive and perfect for occasional use.
I am not a jewelry maker, so I had no idea what I was doing when I decided to order these. My favorite necklace fell apart and I almost lost it! I needed these to repair the necklace and they worked perfectly. Very reasonable price for what I needed them for.
Very good quality. Strong easy to squeeze and good grip. I like these a lot better than the cheesy ones I got at Walmart.
Just what's needed for fixing those pesky little connecting rings that seem to go screwy on occasion.
