My first set of gauges was missing 7.5 so I messaged the seller and he sent another set- 15 days later. He did explain that they were on holiday for the next ten days and offered a refund for that part of the order instead of replacement but I chose to wait so I guess I can't complain too much. They do seem accurate but it's hard to tell since different ring brands can run a bit big or small. I have to admit, I REALLY love having these since I order quite a bit online- before it was just guesswork and hoping the size I chose would fit a finger. (I gave the defective set of gauges to my cousin and she was happy to get them- I mean, if 7 is too small and 8 is too big you can figure it out.) I also like the cone measure thing so I can tell what size the rings I already have are.
If I were going to order again, I would order this set. It was the best price and I find it very useful. The seller is also very nice and apologized profusely for the misunderstanding of how long it would take to get my replacement. He also answered my emails within the same day, even tho he was on holiday.
haven't used yet, but these are very good looking/feeling products. Very much worth the money (good price too).

This was good quality unlike many of the other similar products that were plastic and cheaply designed. This was a professional grade ring/finger sizer.

This is a pretty good product and I believe pretty accurate. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because the round measurers start at 1, 1.5, 2 2.5, to 5 and so on! It skips 3 - 4.5. Weird.
My only complaint is that the "wire" that holds the rings broke immediately, so I had to find something else to string them with.
I like this ring set.
