They say,"the de--l is in the details, and I agree. When designing/crafting fine items for friends and family, details like these 10 sterling (.925-stamped) lobster claw clasps make a difference. I would recommend this product for quality/quantity/price , and would repeat purchase.
For those people saying these are not sterling silver, you are mistaken. I have purchased these and am very happy with my purchase. I had mine tested and they tested as sterling. For those saying sterling is not supposed to be magnetic and these are, yes, you're correct. BUT that's because of the tiny little spring INSIDE the clasp that helps it open and close. I have plenty of high-end sterling silver jewelry where these pieces are also magnetic at the same point in the clasp - where the spring would be to open the clasp. If these clasp were NOT sterling silver you'd find out soon enough, as the base metal would usually be a darker silver or copper. But also be advised that sterling silver will tarnish. You must polish it with a cloth. When the sterling goes back to being a white/silver shine, you know it is indeed sterling. But don't take my word for it...there are plenty of home test kits you can buy and perform yourself. You will see that they are sterling.
I had forgotten how small this size clasp would be, but they are very usable, nevertheless. I make a lot of jewelry, and this clasp type is one of my favorites as well as a dependable clasp.
