I seriously thought these were not going to work but they actually do!!! They dont hurt or feel right agaisnt your earlobe and they make wearing heavy earrings much more comfortable.
Good product at a reasonable price. I had purchased Magic Bax (as seen on TV) previously and actually ruined them trying to figure it out. The sellers of this product actually sent an email telling how to use it. The product looks very similar to higher priced products. I'm looking forward to using this product.

1.Choosing a pair of earring back (earring lifters), hold from the back tabs and Make sure the "Clover" is facing up.
2.Put the post of your earring into the opening on the earring back earring back (earring lifters), loosen or tighten as needed to compatible your earring.
How to Loosen or Tighten the earring back (earring lifters):
1. If they are too tight, Place them on a flat surface and insert Credit cards or other hard cards between the two backing clips to release the clutch.
2. If they are too loose, Please use the needle-nosed pliers to clamp the clutch very gently, it is easy to be compatible with your earrings.

They seem to do the job so far. Only used them a few days so don't know how they will hold up and if there's any effect on my ears.
They worked a some of my earings but not all. They worked in help keeping my post earings from drooping. They come in 3 helpful colors.
Larger than I thought but that’s not a problem as these work great! I’ve used all three colors of metal. Occasionally need to squeeze tight so they aren’t loose but no problems with them falling off the posts.
