Pleasantly surprised. This lot contains a couple different gauges of jump rings. The thicker gauge has a slightly golder tone and is nice and strong for a more secure connection. I cannot easily open them with bare fingers and that's a plus. The thinner rings are a slightly duller/greener antiqued color, a little softer as expected but still quite nice for hanging charms or other connections that will be under little stress. These rings blend nicely with my other antiqued bronze hardware (see last photo of claps and rivet cap) and are a good size for many purposes - chain links, connecting clasps, charms, and other components. Nice compact and secure container great for storage and transport. Would definitely buy again. Hope this helps!
Perfect little rings for my craft needs. Soft enough that I can close them without much effort but robust enough that I am happy with them. The color matches the charms I'm using them with, and I will be ordering more once these are used up. The container is a nice touch too.
It says 16 gauge....but they are a little too weak for use with, say, a key ring. Other than that, I Iike them for jewelry...but will try to get a heavier gauge next time.
