For years I struggled to make nice rounded wire ends using regular needle nose beading pliers. These are wonderful -- should have bought them many years ago. My 1st try at forming a rounded wire end on Memory Wire came out perfect and without exerting all my strength. These are much easier to use and I'm very happy to recommend them.
one of my favorite tools when working on my memory wire, I think I got a good price on amazon
Great tool! I can easily make a loop on wire now! Glad I saw this tool on YouTube used by a jewelry designer.
Good quality, great price and fast service.
love these pliers.

Description
These Memory Wire Finishing Pliers make quick work out of finishing the ends of flat or round memory wire. Make consistent loops on memory wire every time with these pliers. Place the memory wire in between the 4mm and 2mm ends of the pliers then bend in either direction (depending on what size loop you want).
just right for the job
Very sturdy, works well.
Recently, I wanted to make a memory wire necklace. But it was new wire I was working with, and it was much harder than the previous memory wire I'd handled. I tried and tried to bend the ends with my roundnose pliers, and all I ended up with were some broken glass beads next to where I was trying to make a loop. So I bought these.
These are exactly what I needed. Most importantly, they allow me to round the ends of memory wire so as not to get poked by the jewelry I make. (A good pair of memory wire cutters is also handy.) You can make a larger or smaller loop depending on which side of the pliers you use to bend the wire -- both work about equally well.
The metal on these was in good shape. After using these a few times, the surface was intact (not scratched). You don't have to use a ridiculous amount of force to get the wire to bend (this is something I had been afraid of). The grips were nice, easy for me to hold (I have very small hands), and had no plastic or chemical smell, even though they were made of some sort of textured rubber or silicone material.
I had one heck of a time opening these, but scissors did the trick. (They do not come with any kind of carrying or storage case, but I didn't expect them to.) Anyway, now that I have these, I never have to go back to using inadequate tools for the job again!
I was looking for memory wire pliers and found these on Amazon. They do the job.
Strong enough for heavier wire like memory wire.
