 Use it immediately after I received it. This engraver is great. Even I have no experience on any of engraver printers, setting up this printer is easy. Aftet removed all the packages and wraps, took me a little while to find the power supply button and then the power bottom, after machine is turned on. Everything is simple. Plug usb cable into computer, insert the CD, and install the driver and turn on the app. The application automatically connected with the printer and printing can be start right away.
Be aware of since it is engraver, it does makes smoking kind of smell.
Machine seems to be well made, as I playing around with this printer, quality seems to be good.
Bluetooth function is a plus. But make sure to ask the kids to stay away from these laser printer. Will be using it to do more small projects for school.

This is actually a great 3d laser machine for beginners. Although it might be a kind of noisy at first, you will be impressed for its design. Also, thought the machine is smaller than what I think, it still does what it's supposed to do. Overall, I will definitely recommend this item to people who is a beginner of laser printer like me!

 This is an awesome small size, affordable and easy-to-use machine that can help to create unique arts and crafts projects. I have a large project to finish within a short time. So i bought a second one to rotate among them for preventing overheating. The only complain i had is the focus is kind difficult to get perfect but it doesn't seem to matter too much to me, since i print a big size project. I also found by adjusting the burn speed (faster on leather, slower on wood), i can get a good quality print. Although it can be connected to smartphone through Bluetooth, I would recommend connecting to a windows computer for having more features. It comes with a detachable protection glasses, but i would recommend you also wear a sunglasses for extra protection from reflected light from other sides of machine. I have it running for a week, so far so good. The key is to keep it from overheating.

 Laser engraver really easy to function and will be using to brand my stuff. Awesome tool to have.

I'm rather impressed. I went with this one since it has a slightly stronger laser. No assembly required, all you have to do is remove some tape and foam. The green panel is held on by magnets and is easily removed but hangs on just fine.

I was making custom sets of dominoes for Christmas presents and engraved names on the backs. Found that low resolution images don't work very well, I was getting a line on the right side and at the bottom. When I went with a higher resolution that didn't happen anymore. Software is a bit cheap but it gets the job done. I'm up to about 150 runs on this thing, often times running for 4 to 8 hours with only a pause between runs, and no problems at all.

This is for small projects: less than 2 inches square. if you need bigger than that you'll need a different system.

For a fairly inexpensive laser engraver, it does a decent job. I used it on some wooden price tags to create unique tags for wooden items I sold at a local art and craft event. Engraved a tag in about 4-5. I did test it on cardboard and found I had to either increase the burn time or go over it twice. The second pass is tricky if there is ANY shift in the item, I ruins it. The directions could be better as the are fair broken English.

It's like a toy and over $130 for a toy is quite expensive but you'll be impressed to see it work.
I have carved many small objects (the working space of a relatively small machine) in the house. My friends and relatives are quite impressed to see this.
It works correctly and the image quality is very good even though it works a bit slow. You can select multiple images available in the software of the device or you can create other images by phone (this cannot be done on the computer).

At first I thought the engraver printer is quiet large but when I receive it I was surprised by it's size. I love that this printer lets me use wireless connection through my phone so I don't need to bring my laptop out and do the wiring every time I need to print. Set up is easy and the manual has all the details I need to setup the app and connect to the printer. Although it takes time to figure out some configurations for the best print but I like the print qualities. I also like the green glass piece in front of the printer. it blocks bright shining lights when the printer is printr. So it protects my eyes when I'm looking at it. but beware that when it is printing it has a burning smell so I turn on the fan whenever it is printing.

So far so good! Amazing little device! Very accurate and easy to use!
