Wubbers Classic Series Bent Chain Nose Jeweler's Pliers

Wubbers Classic Series Bent Chain Nose Jeweler's Pliers

These work very well. I was using the small inexpensive pliers and my hand was cramping up. I'd been using these for a week or two, and I picked up the old pair the other day and could see why my hand had been hurting. These are larger, have more padding and less play in them than the cheaper pliers. I do chain mail and it's worth the extra cost to get the extra quality.

Just what I've been looking for. For people with big hands (or small), who work with/on small things. If you're tire of the poking hand soreness and pinching of your skin from the small pliers, then these are for you. They are nicely polished, comfortable, strong, but not heavy, precision made, and they keep your hand away from the fulcrum. My twelve year old prefers these over the smaller pliers and his hands are half the size of mine. They are well worth the cost and the only brand I will be using from now on.

I love Wubbers. They are very comfortable, and do not mar wire. They are worth what they cost. These bent nose have very fine tips, and along with the angle this makes them perfect for wirework.

I was afraid to buy these at first, because they cost quite a bit, and I wasn't sure how they would fit my hand. I have a lot of trouble finding Jewelry pliers that are big enough for my hands, but these were perfect. They are very comfortable. Mine had a bit of a harsh edge around the nose (as pliers often do), but That was just a bit of filing to make them rounded enough not to mar my silver.

I like the weight of these pliers, but am on the fence about the coating on the handles, it is a little uneven and feels strange to me. But the pliers are nice, and I'm thinking maybe I might try the smaller pair soon.

Excited to have these. Most of the jewelry making tools are made very small. I have larger hands and need tools which are a bit larger with longer handles. Wubbers are perfect for me. Very nice for any kind of wire work or even beading projects when necessary.

I wanted a Wubbers bent chainnose pliers because I own a lot of the Wubbers and I love them. They are well made and comfortable to work with.

Thanks,
cb

Anything that has Patti Bullard name on it is always good and that is money well spent. Stick with her and practice and you will make it.

These are some of my favorite pliers! I always reach for them first. the handles are ergonomic and perfect for my large (proportionate) hands.

These pliers are very high quality. I have used several different types of pliers and the Wubbers line is my favorite. The handles are comfortable and they are easy to manipulate.
