I had only used a metal ring sizer in the past and thought these looked like a pretty quick and easy solution to sizing a ring smaller. They go on easy and did a pretty good job of adjusting the ring size for me (the ring I was doing was multiple sizes too big and I don't think that is the intention of these sizers). The pack comes with 4 different size adjusters and has 3 of each size included. One strip is enough to size at least 2 or 3 rings. The benefit over the metal sizers that clip to the inside of your ring is that they are much easier to install and they don't scratch the ring. I am not sure how it will last, but with the number that are included, you have plenty replacements!
I love these. I recently lost weight and my rings were very loose on my finger. My rings were given to us by my husband's grandmother and the one band is so thin that it was unable to be resized after it was initially resized when we got married 10 years ago. These are awesome because it comes with 3 different sizes and I can fit one around both my wedding band and engagement rings to get them from spinning on my finger or falling off. It does take some time to get used to wearing them because you can feel the plastic (specifically if you need the larger size adjuster).
I recently lost weight and went from size 7 to 6 on my finger. This really works. I can wear my rings again.
Lost about 30lbs and needed roughly 1/4 of just one of these little spring-shaped silicon bands to keep my wedding ring in place. Local jewelry & dept stores didn't have or sell anything similar, surprisingly.
It goes on pretty quickly & easily w/o any adhesive or other weirdness - just wrap it one loop at a time in the correct direction.
Not sure how long it's likely to last, but it seems pretty sturdy and it stay just as clean as the ring or my hands, so I don't imagine I'll be needing to replace it often or soon.
The large size did seem to barely fit on my 6mm ring, but it works great!
Once in place, I wondered if a smaller size would've worked just as well.
I don't notice it at all except when washing my hands.
Now I just need to not get fat again!
As long as I don't lose the package, I paid ~$5 for essentially a lifetime supply of these things for myself, my wife, our future non-existent kids, extended family, and anyone else I run into who has lost weight or needs to resize a ring. The package has a dozen silicon 'springs' in several sizes. Great if you wear & need to resize a crap ton of various rings. Overkill and kind of silly for just the one though, really.
These ought to be $0.25 for just the 1 size I actually needed, and should be stocked at every mall jewelry counter.
But of course it's more "profitable" to ship a bunch of random sizes to most likely have lazy wasteful people just throw the unneeded ones into a landfill... So, boo for environmental impact, but it does exactly what it claims & I have plenty of spares for if/when this one gets torn and needs to be replaced.
I'll start by saying I just received these and have not tried the spiral ones. The other ones are attached to the under side of the ring with an adhesive strip which would not work for me because my knuckles are the problem. So I put my ring on and slid the sizer in between my finger and the ring. Because there are edges that fit on either side of the band it holds the sizer in place without the adhesive. Just make sure to pick the right size for the ring. I have several pieces that require different sizes and I found a match for them all. Another advantage of not using the adhesive is you can use the same sizer for many different rings, not just one. Mind you my ring now fits snuggly which is probably why it stays in place but that is the way I want it to fit. Nothing more aggravating to me than a ring sliding around on my finger. If it stays in place, which it feels like it will, this is brilliant and perfect for me. I can now wear my pieces comfortably! Yay! Can't beat the price either!

I put a short piece on my wedding band so it won’t turn as it is engraved on the top. It’s very comfortable even with my engagement ring next to it. I’ve worn the same piece for weeks swimming, showering, washing dishes, etc with no issues. Also with snug motorcycle gloves. It’s remains clean and the best solution I’ve found. I love having all the sizes to choose from. I would use it to connect my wedding rings together, but I don’t wear my engagement ring with my motorcycle gloves or when I work out.
Update: last pic is one piece securing both rings together. Comfortable and secure.
I really only needed the smallest size and they work great! I went a size larger just to see if it would tighten the ring up more, but my ring was too dainty in the band area so it made it really loose and uncomfortable. I am excited that I can finally wear my engagement ring without the wedding band temporarily until we are married. Great inexpensive fix to a short term problem, and great for wearing other rings I have on different fingers. :)
Took me a minute to get the hang of these, but glad I figured them out. Great solution to tighten up some of my rings that are now in between my middle and ring finger sizes, thanks to some swollen knuckle joints. I like that the set comes with different widths and that you can cut the spirals to just what you need for each ring. And I love that the clear color makes them barely noticeable once wound around the bottom of the ring.
These are the best tools I have seen to fix the loose ring issue. I have in so many times has to quit buying something that I really loved just because the store doesn't have the same size as my finger or that it is the last piece or what ever. Most of the times it is just a small gap but the ring doesn't stay in place even with small gap. These tools very very easily helped me to get the perfect fitting and you will not even notice or feel that they are there. Very comfortable
I've lost some weight and my favorite ring I wear every day became loose & flew kffy finger one day. Adding this has made a huge difference & I no longer worry about it falling off. The different sizes are great to have - I even gave one to a friend who mentioned having a loose fitting ring & she also loves it.
