Very useful for me. My hands shrink and swell a LOT and this really helps keep my ring 'locked' on. I never have to worry about it slipping off when it's cold or when I'm swimming- I never have to take my wedding rings off anymore.
FYI you have to replace the section you use every few months with a new strip- lots of handwashing and hand sanitizer will eventually discolor it.
