Worked great. Took my husband about 15 minutes to replace 6 zippers. Half that time was figuring out what tools he needed! Would have preferred for the zippers to have some texture...they are slippery when you grab them. *Edited 4/6/18: traveled using the repaired suitcase for the first time. One zipper fell off on its own when wheeling the bag to the car, another fell off in use. Do not recommend these any longer.

The part that feeds through the slider was too thick to go through opening. I could not use even the smallest one.

Great to fix a fabric zipper set that had torn off. It was relatively easy to get on but I also don’t see them coming off any time soon!
So far I am very immpressed with them. Each tool feels solid and moves smoothly, they are very well made. They are comfortable in my hand during use and I have yet to have any complaints. The pliers come together nicely, and the cutters work well. The cutting part of the pliers isn't the sharpest, but I haven't really needed them. I am very happy with my purchase, shipping was very quick.
Needed the tool to fix a broken zipper and it was useful. Great product.
