Lost a decent amount of weight and my ring was constantly falling off. Lost it completely at one point and had to use a metal detector to find it in the landscaping.

If you wash your hands a lot or shower with your ring on they do flatten out a bit but there are so many in the package that doesn't matter. It stays stuck until you remove it. I replace mine with a new one about once a month.

This is a great product if you are looking for something to actually work and stay on the ring. I lost weight and needed my wedding set to go down and size but didn't want to get it sized. Lasts really long, comfortable, and very hidden. I have a black ceramic 8mm ring and it definitely tightens up by about a 0.5 size
