Wonderful pliers! Definitely worth the price. They are very comfortable to use and I love that you can adjust the 'BioSpring' according to your needs. I'm used to using old clunky pliers I pulled from our tool box, so perhaps I'm needing to learn to adjust to the more ergonomic handle which requires less tension, but these pliers will cut through finer gauges of wire (24 - 26g) if you press too hard. I do love being able to create much finer loops in the wire and my hands do not fatigue anywhere near as much as they used to. These are my first Lindstrom pliers and I'm already a big fan!
The pliers are lightweight and feel nice in my hand and work well. I love that I can make smaller loops easily. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that the flimsy plastic spring keeps popping out. For pliers this expensive I expect better. It's somewhat disappointing. My cheap pair of pliers from the local hobby shop has a wonderful plastic spring so why can't Lindstrom do better.
Grips great and can make very small loops. I like Lindstrom products.
The tool head itself is excellent quality but the small flexible curved plastic piece between the handles which is supposed to act like a spring and maintain the tension keeps falling out of the tool. This is a poor design.
Best pliers I've used.
