These swivel clasps seemed to be a very inexpensive solution so I bought them. Many were stuck open with a small gap, so you have to sort through them to fund usable ones. I've used these mostly to hang wind chimes and hummingbird feeders. They worked for a month and 4 days before they began to break. Since the product is not expressly advertised to be used outdoors, it was my mistake in trying this but it is worth sharing with others that they do not hold up well outdoors.
The pack is cheap enough and comes with so many, that maybe I can find a better use for them. I will update if something comes to mind.
These are nice craft project clasp, not big or bulky. Works very well on my paracord projects and dresses them out nicely. Strong enough to handle a bundle of keys and has plenty of uses. 50 is a lot of clasps but I find myself going through them pretty quickly.
I bought 4 packages and each package had roughly 5 defective ones in it. Im glad I bought an extra pack than what I needed or I would have been short and unable to finish my project. The ones that were fine worked perfectly in my project. Because of the price, I would but these again but always order an extra package to make up for defective or missing clasps.
They are pretty small so the opening is not very big. I use them as locks for my bird cage and they barely fit around two small 3mm cage wires. Barely half a cm.
These are just what I needed...I bought the clasps at first that didn't swivel so had to order these for my project...swivel works fine.

I make crochet keychains and these hold up very well. The metal is strong, not flimsy, and doesn't seem like it would break easily.
The item seems to be fine and will do what I purchased them for, BUT the flimsy package had torn and was taped closed. When I counted the items, I have, not 50, but 45 clasps, so got gypped by 5. Whoever found the plastic bag opened, taped it shut but didn't make sure the correct quantity was there. This carelessness is very disappointing.
I love these because they are nice and small I make lanyards and other items
We used these at a county-wide back-pack giveaway so the kids could make keychains or charms to attach to their backpacks to personalize them a little. They were a hit, and all worked like a charm. No duds in the lot.
These work very well for my keychain crafts. Good quality.
