I love this chain! It's super dainty and small, but very durable and strong which I love. I make handmade jewelry so chains changing color and/or breaking are my nightmare! But this chain takes care of both of those fears for me. One thing I wasn't expecting but actually now appreciate- the links are NOT open. They are soldered closed so you actually have to clip one tiny link in order to get the length you want. I like this because now I don't have to worry about chain links breaking, and it's easy to clip with jewelry cutters. I was grateful this chain came with clasps and jump rings too! The clasps are also very small (like the size of my pinky nail) but they too are high quality as are the jump rings. Overall VERY happy with my purchase and will absoultely buy again once I run out of this order!
I've been looking for a good jewelry making chain that is strong and doesn't "rust" or change colors (I've been through trial and error with many differant ones) & love this chain. It's perfectly dainty and I love how it comes with clasps and jump rings that fit the chain links because they are smaller than anything I would have had on hand.
Received 20 clasps and over 40 jump rings; the chain itself is obviously dainty at 1.5mm. The chain isn't 100% flawlessly drawn; in the first picture you can see that a couple links "buddy up" but this is just an observation. This chain is delightfully slinky and fluid.
Testing the strength hurt my hands and neck. You can see in the second picture I'm putting a good bit of tension on the chain. Usually how I cut chain is to snip one side of the link and tug it apart so I don't smash several links. That didn't work here. Even with a snip larger than the edge of the chain I couldn't wiggle the link through, nevermind stretching the link open. So there's something about this chain that can resist sliding through gaps, even with somewhat sloppily closed jump rings.
The size of the links would be uncomfortable for a day's wear with anything other than lightweight pendants. Anyone looking at this for wearing wirewrapped rough stone pendants should keep the size below 3/4" or ~20mm. The links can feel somewhat sharp and kinda saw at the neck throughout the day if you hang anything too heavy on it.
I think the jump rings are 24 gauge. They require a bit of patience and deft plier-handling to slip through, and they seem a little soft until you get close to closing them completely. For this size chain, everything is surprisingly sturdy.
Very tiny. But it’s strong chain if you are looking for dainty chain this is the one for you
NICE Quality chain & Beautiful. The cut of the links catches the light & glistens. Appears like very expensive jewelry chains. Just Be Sure to have GOOD STRONG pair of cutters! Its hard to cut & I broke my nippers cutting it!

Way better looking in person. Has everything included to make necklaces. Can only put connector loop in the end. Not anywhere to be able to add additional layers with out using the entire length again. Meaning links won’t allow anything with it. Hope that makes sense. But other wise great and way more sparkle and shine in person.
SUPER tiny. The only jumpers that fit on this chain are the ones that came with it... it’s a weird size too probably 26-28 gauge jumpers) but it is definitely sturdy and a good material.
LOVE THIS CHAIN!!! I appreciate finding a finer cable chain than what is normally available. It looks very elegant, yet has the durability of stainless steel!
Perfect! It comes on a spool, all wrapped up. The chain may look small and delicate but it’s STRONG! Jump rings slid in easy and the lobster claps don’t get stuck or anything of the sort. I will say though that the holes are tiny so if you don’t have great eyesight or a steady hand, inserting the jump rings will be a struggle.
Great quality chain, used it for necklaces and got about 20 18 inch necklaces. Will buy again.
