I just received these so I can't write about the durability, but I am very happy with their functionality and looks as for now. I have a bag I use for work that I am super happy with. Unfortunately, theoriginal straps the bag came with kept breaking off and I did not want to spend another 30$ at the tailors. The straps I purchased here are exactly as they were described and looks great on the bag. I believe it is as close as I will get to the original look of the bag. The length is great too.
I wish I had read the description a little better - the purse I needed replacement straps for is black with silver fastenings so the bronzed clasps on these straps don't really match. I don't care much for fashion, though (and I hate carrying a purse to begin with) so I'm using the straps anyway. They are sturdy and work well, just read the full description before purchasing.
After looking at the prices of new purses with my wife (and realized how little I enjoy purse-shopping) I started looking for handles. She liked her old purse, and it was in great shape save a frayed handle, so I ordered these. They were easy to install and are doing great. These longer straps better suited her main purse (I also got a shorter replacement pair of carry handles).
Great substitute when my fun big bag handles broke.
They brought my favorite purse back to life. My dog had chewed through one of them. Now, my purse is like new again.

These were just the thing to replace the straps that broke off of my computer bag. They are sturdy and fit over my shoulder just right.
