I was skeptical buying this because I was expecting really cheap rings that would break very easily but I was pleasantly surprised. I bought this to repair a bracelet I was given and the ring ended up being better than the original that came with the bracelet! I play basketball, workout, and shower with my bracelet on and so far there has been no sign of any wear on the new loop. I will update this if I discover any flaws that have not come up yet.
GOOD SET FOR THE PRICE. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT A 5 BUT IT WAS HARD TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE THE "OPENER" THAT CAME IN THE SET. THERE WAS NO WAY MY DAUGHTER COULD USE IT ALONE. I WISH IT CAME WITH SOME GUIDELINES FOR BEGINNERS.
The jump ring tool opens the rings easily ans only as far as you need. Nicely packaged in a convenient plastic case with individual flip tops on each sized compartment. Pliers are of decent quality as well. Bear in mind --- these are sliver finished rings - NOT made of silver. Likely stainless steel. Finish is very good, and time will tell how it holds up - for now, 5 stars for bang for the buck.
The jewelry store charged me $30 to replace the jump ring on a religious medal inherited from my dad. That repair lasted about a year. For a fraction of that price, l now have a lifetime supply of jump rings in various sizes.
As a jewelry maker the plyers could be a tad thinner on the nose for applying smaller rings on my earrings. Other than that great for the price. I miss placed my other one when I moved and this is the next best item and does the job.
The rings in the box you cant be at the price. Spent lots of money years ago when I made earrings to sell. Which I had this one years ago. Thanks

My 11yo daughter used this to make earrings out of mussel shells (!) for my wife. My wife loves them and I think they look great. And, my daughter was able to do it without any help from me (except for drilling holes in the shells). This kit had exactly what she needed for connecting the shells to an earring hook.
I think this is worth the price for the pliers alone. Lol. The rings are small to smaller. Not quite the sizing I wanted but that isn’t the fault of the product. For the price it’s worth it for some crafting and small jewelry making. Comes in a nice plastic case separating all of the different sizes

This is a nice assortment of jump rings that are a good weight. It is more than I will use in my lifetime but I am glad I will always have some on hand. The pliers is utilitarian and good to keep in the craft room rather than always having to get mine from the toolbox in the garage.
Was able to repair the piece I needed to. The first claw clasp broke while trying to put it on but the second one has been just fine. Liked the tools it came with.
