Excellent quality- let’s me express a daily message by wearing these in my beard! We’ll crafted; they have a pretty big “bore” for beard/hair. Not like other beard beads- but then they were made for bracelets/necklaces. I would buy again
I know these are beard beads but I had another use for them. I thoroughly enjoy wearing these in my dreads. Had some fun putting them in my beard too but fits better on my hair. Just wish they gave you a chart of what each symbol means. But that's what the internet is for.
I bought these to make paracord bracelets with, and while they are a bit large for 550 cord, they worked great with a design that used a snake knot between each one with both strands fed though the bead before the next knot. Having made three bracelets from this set (7 1/2 inch wrist, each large enough to hold 8 beads according to their aettir), I'm quite satisfied with these beads. Also appreciate the 1 nordic dragon bead included (larger than the set's beads), and plan on using it for a keychain in the near future. The pouch they came in will find its use as I find something to put in it.
Striking in appearance and useful in size, I find these to be very well made and will be able to apply them to the keychain lanyards I make as well as lanyards for knives too.
Nicely done, the bag is a great touch and the oversized extra bead is VERY cool and will also fit on one of MY lanyards :-) I will insert a reducer tube so it doesn't slip around on the paracord, it is just small enough so it fits between the two diamond knots I will tie on either side, making it a great addition to my personal lanyard!

Description
Bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas. He hasn't used them yet but they seem like a really good quality. My only concern is the weight of them possibly being too heavy & hurting if worn for a long time but I'm not sure. I don't have a beard lol. I think they'd look awesome if someone tried them in dreads. Overall quality is great. Nice looking.
I was extremely surprised by the nice quality of these beads, given the low price. I was expecting cheap, fragile metal or even thinly-plated plastic. Happily, that was not the case! These beads are sturdy and have some weight to them. I ended up ordering a couple more sets so I could literally spell things out in my braids using the runes.
My nephew loves them. He braided these right into his beard, and spent the rest of the day grinning.
They're a bit larger than I expected, but fortunately, the lad is built on the tall, burly side, so not out of line. He's the fiercest looking blacksmith on the street now. Of course, he's also the *only* blacksmith on the street, so...
Whatever. He's happy with them, and his lady approves, so good enough!
Very nice quality (it seems). Ill update later if they end up looking nasty. As for the first day, I'm pretty pleased with my purchase. The little rubber bands are needed for me just to prevent losing them.
They are as they were advertised, though I think more than $20 for the set is pricey (I paid $30 as they are not easy to find). The manufacturer was easy to work with to send a bead that was missing (actually had two of the same rune). But overall a nice set of beads.
