It was ok. I feel like this should be 3 stars but will leave 4 stars because the product is clean and not stinky (unlike my previous purchase from other sellers). But below are the things the the customer should look out and the seller should fix.
1. Some of the boxes have the brown paper not properly glued inside..and some outside of the box. It's ok for personal use but not recommended for gifting or for business use.
2. The cotton filled inside is too thick that when you open the lid, things that was inside will pop right out of the box. I cut off the cotton into half to solve the problem. I think it should be a bit thinner.
3. Some of the boxes are squeezed, not usable. Looked like some heavy stuffs were put on top. Maybe from shipping and transit. Im not sure.
Over all, I will not buy this anymore until the problem gets resolve.
I've never ordered jewelry boxes but after reading tons of reviews and now freaking out about about smells, cotton size, crushed boxes, weird colors etc, I decided to go with these and I'm completely happy! The cotton is nice and thick and I didn't unpack the whole box but from the few I've used none are crushed. It came in a box, packed inside another box with air pillows.
I noticed on one that it was kind of glued unevenly but it's covered by the cotton and honestly if people are like me they are just going to toss the box after receiving and probably wouldn't notice or care what color it is. I just needed something to protect during shipping and these will work perfectly for that.
I've ordered these small jewelry boxes from a number of suppliers over the years but I'll be sticking with this vendor. The boxes are nice and sturdy so they hold up very well in the mail. The cotton fills the box perfectly - some previous suppliers have included a very thin little piece of cotton. Be aware: some of the cotton appears to be glued to the top but it isn't - just tug it and it comes out of the top of the box cleanly - no glue at all! It sticks because of the exact fit - once you pop it out, it rests perfectly in the bottom of the box. The kraft color is perfect and it takes the ink of my shop's logo stamp beautifully. I'm going to be looking at other sizes from this supplier. Great little boxes!
second review, same product or so I thought! Received my box today and it’s being returned tomorrow. I was shocked at the state of the inside of the majority of the gift boxes. The tops were all so loose they would just fall off and the cotton on the inside was shredded thing cut too small jagged or wrinkled in almost every box I opened with was more than half! So disappointed especially after such a good experience with my first purchase. You can see the top of one of my last in the picture it’s the lighter one not that color mattered much to me but idk what the heck happened this time not sure I want to try this again with this seller sending out merchandise like this is not okay!
I like the boxes I received but the picture for the product made it seem like I was getting multiple size boxes and when they came they were all one size. This could be easily fixed with a different photo. Also, the cotton squares are a little bit thick for my taste but that could come in handy in different situations. All in all, not a bad product. I'll probably buy some more the next size up as well.

I bought these boxes for an item that I make in my wood business. They are a great fit, and I like that they come with the cotton batting. My customers like that the item comes boxed and is ready to ship if they want to give it as a gift. The boxes are sturdy, and the kraft covering fits our packaging scheme. This was my third purchase of them, and I'm sure it won't be the last.

The quality of the boxes are top of the line. I'm using these boxes to ship my small pieces of pottery in. They are the perfect size and are very study. I'm very happy with my purchase and I will reorder from this company. Also, fast delivery on my purchase.
As another buyer stated, these are definitely more on the yellow than the kraft color side. The boxes are also a little sticky to get open the first time. But honestly, for the price they were great, and we'll be ordering more as soon as we go through these.
I liked the boxes. Most of the reviews have said that most of them would come apart but some just had air bubbles in them and for me that wasn’t a problem. There is a lot for sure and I’m glad that I made the purchase.
