Instructions were difficult to understand. And the software could be a bit more sophisticated. Got it eventually. However it is a cool little machine. Love it, working on Christmas ornaments. I should have shopped around, because this is a Bluetooth model, but I didn’t need that and could have saved a few bucks!
I was a little concerned from reading previous feedback and I have to say the instructions were difficult to understand. But once we got this up and running it worked like a charm and we loved it! It works as advertized and is a great begininning laser to learn on.
Not the most intuitive software, but gets the job done. Might need four or five passes to get the darkness/depth you want in some woods.
My husband loves it but we are having a hard time figuring out the right size. But it is lovely once you figure it out
Detail is better then expected from a low end engraver. It's a bit slow have to mess with power settings per material but does the job very well..probably did about 4 hours on it and only lost 25% battery

I did not receive my unit from Amazon. Because of Amazon's poor off-shoring customer service, the item was mis-delivered to my apartment and was stolen. I acquired another elsewhere.
If all you want to do is small prints (1.6"x1.6") as a hobby, is fine, for the low price, better. I use it to engrave key holders and pens. It works slow but do the job. Is for beginners, I use the app in my iPhone, and is very easy to set up. Overall is a nice, fun and good quality little toy. More like a novelty than a production tool.
