This has been super helpful for some of my pave set diamond rings. I have no clue what I am doing, but the way the tool is made makes it easy enough to tighten some settings when stones come lose from normal wear and bumping.
I use them sometimes. They're certainly sturdy enough.

Just what I wanted
Great tool for closing prongs. Practice on silver before your gold though. Get used to the tool before using it on bigger projects. Love it! Use with a prong lifter.
Great for jewelry crafts!
