I have bought several rubber silicone earring backs and these are by far the best. Everyone I have ever purchased slides back and forth on my earrings, which defeats the purpose of having them. These have a tiny hole and fit snug on all my earrings. Love that they come with 1000 piece. The case these come in is so cute and an added bonus.
