This is just a bulk bag of koi pond food I've been using for years purchased in smaller amounts from my local pet store. Buying in bulk really saved me some money. I've raised cheap little comet gold fish to 12" long on this food and koi love it. It softens quickly but holds together and floats so if you happen to feed too much it's easy to just scoop back out. Just don't over feed them because it's very rich in protein and fat and your fish will start looking like footballs with fins.
What can I say, it's casting sand. It does work and it works well. Just the right "stickyness" to hold it's shape. Would recommend to other.
