These are Good Loupes -- I use them for reading fine print, removing splinters, etc. I bought one a few years ago, and the hole for a Lanyard was quite a bit larger than these newer Loupes. On these newer models, I had to use a Punch and Hammer to enlarge the hole, before I could get a small nylon cord through it. I like to wear these around my neck sometimes, and the string also helps me find the Loupe in all the clutter of the workbench.
Prefect product and the price was right.

Description
This 10x 21mm triplet loupe from Hobby Tool Supply uses 3 lenses to provide a sharp image with little to no spherical aberration/distortion. Unlike chrome loupes, the matte black finish helps reduce chromatic aberration. Coupled with the reduction in spherical aberration from the three lenses, this loupe provides a very accurate, sharp image when used correctly. The metal cover has a miniature split ring which allows you to attach a chain or string for extra security while you use your loupe in the field.
